This model emphasizes the workplace environment and climate, with a focus on identifying often-overlooked inter- and intra-team dynamics as well as potential cultural gaps.

While culture reflects the organization's deeper values, beliefs, and norms, climate refers to the day-to-day experience of employees—both will be assessed through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to provide a holistic understanding.
